  • Michael, there are no NJ laws restricting this firearm. The determining factor will be whether or not vendors including Buds will ship. Some state and county laws tend to over shadow Federal laws. Buds can confirm whether or not they will ship to NJ at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  • Its legal but I would 1st make sure that Buds would ship it and 2nd that you local FFL would do the transfer paperwork call Buds t 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
