Unfortunately I reside in NJ, and I am interesting in getting one. Is this particular version legal in NJ. Thank you!!

Joe - The following are prohibited: Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1.Folding / telescoping stock 2.Pistol grip 3.Bayonet lug 4.Flash suppressor 5.Threaded barrel 6.Grenade launcher 10 round capacity limit This rifle has detachable mag, pistol grip, & collapsible stock. Not legal in NJ - sorry.

Joseph, yes Sir. This rifle is NJ legal for purchase.

I believe the stock is "Pinned" therefore it's legal.
