Chris, The CZ P10C stock factory night sights are a "phosphoric" product, not "tritium". Mine are green phosphoric rear and yellow phosphoric front. Small, but show up well.

They are tritium, and they are metal. Probably something CZ makes, and not another name brand. No fiber optics, or anything fancy.
