S&W M&P 22 COMPACT SUPPRESSOR READY 3.56 BBL 10+1 RD CERAKOTE FLAT DARK EARTH
WILL A MINI RED DOT FIT ON THIS PISTOL CORRECTLY ON THE TOP RAIL, DOES IT HAVE THE NECESSARY “GROOVE” FOR THIS TO WORK? THANK YOU SORRY I LEFT OFF THE GUN TYPE IN THE LAST QUESTION, I THANK THOSE THAT ANSWERED PREVIOUSLY.

I agree with James, that it would not be the easiest thing to do. Its just how bad do you want it?

I'll add that you may be better off with a different pistol that will make this configuration easier. But if you already have this pistol and want to add a red dot sight, it can be done. I just can't say which one you'll need or how easy it will be to install.

I've seen it done. I'm not sure which dot setup you'll need, but google images has some pics of them with red and green dot sights added. You may need to do more research, but it looks possible anyway.

No top rail for red dot. A laser or laser/light combo would fit the bottom rail.
