  • Gary, yes Sir they do. Anything with a stock and a barrel less than 16 inches requires the $200 Tax Stamp and NFA Paperwork. budsgunshop.com/catalog/NFAGuidelines.pdf

  • Gary, no item was identified, but yes, all Short Barrel Rifles require the extra paperwork and tax stamp to legally build/purchase and possess. Required for any rifle with a barrel less than 14 1/2 inches and a shoulder stock, in general. Also on suppressors, and full auto fireams.
