Randy - I spoke to a Buds Customer Service Rep a few days ago and was told that if the magazine capacity is the only issue preventing you from ordering a firearm, to call Buds and ask if the magazines can just be removed, and the firearms shipped, You would then be responsible for procuring your own magazines that comply with the state laws in your state. So call them, and if they will remove the magazines, you might well be able to go ahead and order the firearm. lately we have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order .
