YU - that is correct - any shotgun is restricted in MA if it holds over five rounds in the magazine.
Steve is correct. However, you should always check your states gun laws by going to the states office of the Attorney General website.
No only it isnt Compliant as it cannot hold more than five rounds of ammunition in a fixed or detachable magazine.

It is MA legal as it is a PUMP the 5 round restriction is for Semi auto shotguns " Prohibited: Massachusetts-defined “Assault Weapons” A ****semi-automatic shotgun that has at least two of the following: Folding or telescoping stock Pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firearm Fixed magazine capacity in excess of five (5) rounds An ability to accept a detachable magazine" However I would check with a local FFL (before ordering) to be sure as he would be the one to do the paperwork
