here lately we have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . Matt - I spoke with a Buds customer service rep a few days back, and was told if the magazine is the only issue preventing someone from buying a firearm, to call Buds and ask them to remove the magazine from the box and they will. You can then purchase your own compliant magazine(s). give them a call. 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week)

Matt, I would ask Buds Customer Service directly if they will delete or replace the magazine for you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
