Hi, I purchased a Remington 700 last month, however, the background check was denial. If I let the FFL return the firearm, could I get the refund?

The FFL should send the firearm back to Buds. You'll want to contact Buds directly about the refund for the purchase of the rifle. You will not get a refund for the background check though. Hope that helps.

Yes, but due to circumstances a restock fee may or may not be charged but probably not since you did not take ownership.
