Ronald - It is only the pricing that is "Qualified Professional".only, not the firearm. Other than including an extra magazine with law enforcement models most of the time, the manufacturers designate a number of regular models to be sold to "professionals" at a discounted price. the firearms are the exact same - only the pricing is different.

Most manufacturers offer special pricing to those in law enforcement as many officers have to purchase their own equipment/uniforms.

Ronald, the manufacturers themselves ear mark a small number of firearm packages to be sold to LE Only. The vendors have no control over this. I agree that if I am legally able to own a firearm, I should be able to buy it regardless. There is no difference in the firearm other than the package designation.
