FedEx Free Option is only available on indicated items when the grand total is $199 or more. You can mix and match all eligible items, but the total must be $199 or higher to qualify for it.

The free shipping is only offered on orders totaling $199 or more and only covers items that have the free shipping logo under the price. When you add one of these eligible items such as the one above to your cart it will show you under the cart how much more in eligible items you need to purchase to get the free shipping. So only eligible items and you have to order more that $199 to get it. Hope that clarifies it.
