Can you do a C.O.D. (cash on delivery) at the FFL transfer?

But doesn't offer C.O.D. as a payment option for any item.

No. Has to be paid in full before it ships.

Patrick, I have not heard of this at Buds. I would say no but, I would ask Buds directly at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button (chat is also a live person).
