Missed my package 3X.. will it be shipped again to my house or will it be refunded and I have to purchase the items again?

You should call the Carrier with your tracking number to see if you can arrange another delivery or have it held for pickup. Once a package leaves a retailer, it's in the responsibility of the carrier.
