I would ask them if the sight is in god working order, as well, just to clear that point up before the purchase.

Edward, there isn't much that I can look up about this since it is a used model but the language in the description leads me to believe it is - " and wears the Sig factory Romeo 1". Buds' customer service might possibly be able to verify for you, I'm not sure how they handle used sales.
