I’m interested in purchasing a gun but I’m not sure where I go to fill out an ATF form 4473. I’m able to get it from the approved dealer where the gun will be transferred to or do I need to fill it out before hand? I am not sure. Any help would be apprecited.

James, the FFL dealer that you have a gun sent to should have that form for you to fill out whether on paper or the eForm on a computer. They will then enter their information and then handle filing it with the ATF. You shouldn't need to find the form yourself or fill it out in advance.
