  • Can the lower and upper be shipped separately? Or ship the whole gun separately from the grip and buttstock? I live in CA.

  • Federal law is that a firearm must be in "location compliance" before shipping. If the fire are is not, it cannot be shipped by law. I hope this explains it somewhat for you my friend.
