Use PayPal to buy Buds gift cards, they are available instantly for use. Then use the Buds gift cards to pay for your firearm.

Paypal is not a gun friendly business. You cannot make direct gun purchases with Paypal. You can buy gift cards and then use those. But the bank transfer is a much easier way to access the same bank account your Paypal account is accessing.

Most Paypal accounts have a "backup" funding source like a bank account. You could also transfer funds to that account and pay Buds with ACH/bank draft to get the "Cash Discount" and save the 3%.
