Carlton, some small mobile devices may not show the "Best Answer" Box. You can try another browser or a laptop, pc or mac that has a full browser. Some of the portable browser "Lites" may bot render the page completely.

Carlton, did you receive an email notification when someone posted an answer? There should be a prompt in that message to select an answer as well as a link back to the question.

There should be a green button pop up to choose. I believe you might need to be on a computer as well. Try refreshing and test here.
