If it is CA compliant they will if it is not a CA compliant gun they will not ship it to a FFL in CA

Not sure what you mean about sub 2000, but they’ll ship to an FFL. I’ve bought many from buds.

Buds does ship to your state. Just have to make sure the gun is legal unless your a cop and you can have it.
