I tried another BCG from a Smith & Wesson and it runs smooth as butter. I sent Mossberg videos and pictures, picture of the firing pin retaining pin that was bent and they're still giving me sort of the runaround. They're saying that they never had a problem.

Thomas, make sure they know the other BCG runs flawless which pretty much confirms that "Their" BCG is out of tolerance and needs to be replaced. I would think they would not distance themselves from a recent purchaser of their product over a BCG. Press the point as they need to stand behind their product. I wish you well on getting this resolved. Mossberg should step up regardless.
