Aaron, you posted your question about tracking your order on 6/4. If it was not a Class III item. You should have gotten by now 6/19. How did everything go?

Please recheck your tracking number as Fed Ex. UPS and the USPS did not recognize it as a valid number
Customer service should be able to help during their business hours, we have no way of looking up ordering information we just try to answer questions. Buds Customer Service & Sales (859) 368-0371 Mon-Fri 9am-9pm EST. You can also use the Chat now button in the bottom right corner of the screen (shows up during business hours). If you ordered very recently it sometimes takes a few days for an item to ship and its tracking information to post.
At the top center of your screen click "Order Status / Account" >>Then "Your Orders" If they show shipped there will be a tracking number.
