Will the stock be a problem in California or is it ca compliant ?
Alexander, Good to go for CA the way it is set up. It fires 22lr ammo. Very few restrictions on rim fire rifles. Most prohibited feature issues apply to center fire rifles.
Alexander, the restrictions you're thinking of apply to centerfire rifles, this one should be fine since it is just a 10 round magazine. "All rimfire caliber rifles with magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22 LR, 17HMR, etc.) are
permitted, excluding rifles with tubular magazines in lever-action firearms, which do not have magazine
restrictions. Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered “assault weapons” and can have features that centerfire
rifles cannot." From here: budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
