On 7/19/17 I wrote a rather critical review on this pistol based on poor customer service from Beretta. But, even though I did not think it would help, I wrote to the company management to express my disappointment. To their credit, I was contacted almost immediately by Beretta with a reasonable explanation and apology. Beretta then sent me a hat and two free 17 round magazines for my trouble. Thumbs up to them.
