It says it takes 1 to 2 days to get a reply after submitting your DD214 to qualify the military discount. I have been waiting over a week with no response. Also, the website email setup doesn't let you ask them without submitting it again. Why is there no response and no way to email them with out sending documents.

To see if you have been processed, go to Order Status/Account - Scroll down and if you see "Thanks for being a Qualified Professional. We appreciate your service" with a Blue logo, you are good.
