I noticed most online retailers would not ship to illinois/cook county. This applies to ammo or accesories, does anyone know if its up to the retailer? Because buds has no restrictions as far as ammo/accesories shipped to cook county, only restrictions on certain firearms/magazine capacity

yes it is up to the retailer Buds needs a copy of your FOID card to ship ammo to you "Customers must possess a valid Illinois FOID (Firearm Owner’s ID) card to purchase firearms or ammunition anywhere in
Illinois. Alternately, persons possessing a valid Illinois Concealed Carry License may present their valid license in lieu of
the FOID card. It must be faxed or emailed to us prior to shipment."
