Rock Island Armory Rock Ultra FSHC 10mm G10 Grips
How easy or hard is it to get magazines for this gun? Are there after market magazines, or can you only get them from the manufacturer?

You can get them from different manufacturers. Armscor is the cheapest. MBX the most expensive.

Robert, These are relatively easy to get. Buds gets them in regularly and I buy mine mostly directly from Rock Island/ Armscor : https://armscor.com/parts-accessories/magazines/
