Hi, I just posted a compliance question about a pistol for NY and was given an answer with a link to bud’s NY compliance rules. According to these rules a semiautomatic rifle with a threaded barrel or a pistol grip is noncomplient. This is not true as I bought a Ruger precision rimfire with a threaded barrel and a pistol grip. So is the info on Bud’s site correct for pistols?

Richard, Buds info is correct Sit. It was I that answered. Semi Auto Rifles are affected and not Bolt Action Rifles.
