No to be legal in MD it must have less than a 10 round mag and be on the MD handgun roster https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home

Lamont, no Sir. Maryland does not allow any Pistol with more than a 10rd Magazine.
