  • I ordered a gun about 30 min ago and wanted to cancel it due to me finding one at a near by location, can I cancel it without any fees?

  • Billy, this will be at Buds discretion ultimately. Just contact Buds Customer Service and kindly ask to cancel and waive the fee at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  • Billy. I would call BUDs first thing Monday at (859) 368-0371. Make sure you have order number. Probably will have to pay restocking fee. Good Luck.
