James, this pistol has a Brace else it would be a Short Barreled Rifle and need to have a $200 Tax Stamp paid and NFA registration. The Brace does have a set screw to adjust the length.
James, This is a pistol brace not a stock. It is not designed to be adjustable. It is illegal to put rifle stock on this pistol. Makes it an SBR.

The brace is held in place by screws that tighten around the buffer tube so not like a regular rifle stock that is adjustable with some type of plunger. You may be able to loosen it and tighten it down further back but it is really not designed to be long enough to shoulder, nor is shouldering it legally advisable.
