We have been told that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Joseph, The firearm can be shipped without a standard capacity magazine to certain restricted states. Certain states like CO, MN and others can not have item altered from the way it comes from factory. If magazine capacity is only issue and state law allows packaging to be altered BUDs will pull magazine then purchaser must get their own restricted magazines. Here is directly from BUDS staff----"That is correct. As long as the capacity is the only thing, we can pull the magazine and ship the firearm."

Just speak with Buds Customer Service for magazine removal/replacement at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).

I spoke to a Buds customer service rep who informed me that if the large capacity magazine is the ONLY issue that prevents one from buying a firearm, call Buds and ask them to remove the magazine from the box. The buyer can then purchase their own compliant magazine(s). Call Buds and request they remove the magazine(s) for you, so you can buy the firearm. Call 859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week)
