One is $309 and one is $316. What's the difference other than $7. I know somebody was gonna answer with that.

Model: 3810 comes with 2 15 round mags Model: 3819 ($316) comes with 2 10 round mags and has the Hogue Beavertail HandALL finger grove grip

Scott, sorry about whoever gave that ignorant answer. The $316 version has Hogue Beavertail HandALL Grip, Finger Grooves. That is the only difference.
