If I buy this pistol, do I need to register it to NFA?

Stephen, No if you leave it in this configuration it is only a pistol.

Stephen, no Sir. It has a Brace instead of a Shoulder Stock which makes it a regular Handgun/Pistol. A Shoulder Stock would make it an NFA firearm.
