Stephen, Begara uses a different Barrel weight numbering System. The Premier uses a No. 5.5 (Slightly less Heavy Barrel) & (weighs 9.5lbs) and the non Premier rifle uses a No. 6 (Heavy Barrel) & (weighs 9.8lbs). Everything else is the same rifle.
