  • If I purchase a firearm and the product is not correct or problems do I leave my item at the gun dealer than contact you via email? How does a return work on an item I have at the shop for me that was mailed in?

  • Jordan, If item is not acceptable leave it at your FFL and refuse transfer. Then contact BUDs or wherever you purchased it and get specific instructions on return, repair or refund details.
