The Price Match Request program is an online program only. The Customer Service Staff would not be able to process requests or adjust Price Match prices over the phone or online. Price match requests are not guaranteed. ​
If you'd like to make an offer on a Price Match Request item, the first thing you'll want to do is log into your account. Once logged in, please follow the online process by simply clicking on the blue "Price Match Request" button on the item's listing. Add the dollar amount requested, and click submit. You will receive an immediate notification on the screen.
Please note that a Price Match only lasts for an hour, so your order must be placed within an hour.
