Rock Island Armory Armory 1911 9mm CS Tac Flat Dark Earth 8+1
I've ask and found out the Rebate is just store credit in the Rock island online store.
(For mags, ammo, grips , and accessories) and NOT A price reduction or a cash refund.
There is no savings on the pistol it's self.
