It depends on your city and zip cope. Some CA cities it will come to your home and other CA cities require ammo to go through an FFL

Yes, you currently can. As of 2018, out-of-state ammunition purchases have to be shipped to an in-state vendor – meaning gun owners can't just load up their pickup or ship a box directly to their home.
