no NFA paperwork needed as it is a shotgun with a longer than 18 inch barrel

Jaharris, no, as this shotgun has a greater than 18 inch barrel it is considered a standard Shotgun and no permit is needed.

This is a shotgun, whether or not you need a permit to purchase it depends on the legal situation in your state. In most states nothing is needed for this or other long guns.
