  • My email account was closed. I purchased an M1A squad scout, on august 20. Order number 2959266. I saved the emailed invoice in my archives of my old email account. I did not have a chance to print the invoice. I would like buds to send me another invoice. Please send it to et76251@outlook.com. Thanks Ed

  • Ed, Buds Customer will need to have their IT / Accounting Dept send you a copy at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.

  • at the top of the page click on order status/ account tab click on My orders there you will have every order that you have made with Buds find the one you want and click view order then print it out or save it again
