does the 464 line still come with traditional shiny metal bluing or is it more of a matte blue/black?

Derek, thanks for the model Sir. Yes, the M464 Lever Rifle does have traditional semi-gloss Blueing. I assume you are asking about the Mossberg 464 its a nice deep black finish its not a matte or a gloss I would call it a black satin finish
