I can only assume that the description doesn't state what state it is complaint with, because that can change in an instant. Ultimately it is a buyer's responsibility to make sure it is compliant with in your state. I know Buds gun shop does have some pages dedicated to certain States. But even that, not all firearms are in those pages. There are just too many laws for every state and that is very complicated for buds or any gun store to do.
