I saw it on the website that it is available but I not sure if Buds Gun Shop has it.

Nope sorry. The Performance Center version only comes with the manual thumb safety. I called Smith & Wesson to find out why. The only answer I was given was that it was a design/safety decision and because they sell more versions (the other models) with the thumb safety. I wish it came without it but I will live with it!

This is Available with or without ambidextrous, manual thumb safety.

Joseph, I don't see this particular S&W Performance Center EZ in non manual safety. I would verify this with S&W Customer Service to be sure at 1-800-331-0852 Mon-Fri 8:00AM-6:00PM Eastern Time.
