  • It's me again. Sorry but I have an idea. You know what I was thinking? You said your husband's birthday is in late November. I was thinking that you can go ahead and buy the firearm and hold on to that firearm until his birthday. And on his birthday you can wrap it and put it in a large box to make it seem like a large present then when he opens it he sees a gun that he wants or at least one of the firearms that he wants. Then from there, depending on your state laws, you can tell him that you guys can go to the FFL and do the paperwork and transfer it under his name. I understand the whole gift card thing but I think this is a good idea because the firearm will already be home on the day of his birthday verses getting a gift card and having them look for the gun that he wants, hoping it's in stock, then waiting to get it ship and then finally the paperwork. You can avoid all that by getting the gun he wants, holding onto his birthday then after putting it under his name. I hope this helps it was my pleasure to assist you thank you bye-bye.

  • No. That is strictly prohibited. I agree with the other answers that you got, regarding getting him a gift card for budsgunshop.com. I don't know if he knows about this website, but if he does I'm sure he will be very surprised to get that gift card.

  • Gloria, Best LEGAL thing to do is surprise him with a BUDs gift card and maybe a nice photo of the firearms he wants to purchase.

  • Gloria, no you cannot. The purchaser must be the recipient of the firearm. You can purchase your husband a Buds Gift Card and let him make the purchase and do the paperwork as the intended owner of the firearm. budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/411535980/buds+gift+card+credits
