Is this rifle different from the Ruger website? By that I mean here it states that the metal is blue but on Rugers website (10/30/2019) is it sdescribed as stainless. Model no. 31138

Mark, This has the same model number of the Davidson's Distributor Exclusive Model #31138 that is listed on Rugers website in Stainless. Buds Customer Service should be able to state if their model is Stainless or Blued at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week)..
