If you order it on line Buds will charge a transfer fee to pick it up at any of their retail stores
Kristi, yes you can for long guns. Handguns require you to be a residence of the State you pick it up. If you are a residence of the State the Buds Store is in, then yes. If not, it must be shipped to your State of residence. All FFL's have a transfer fee including Buds.
Kristi, You will have to pay an FFL transfer fee whatever FFL you use. And the FFL must be in your state of residence for a legal transfer. If BUDs will wave transfer fee in store you should check with them at 859-368-0371

The Buds retail store in Lexington KY does waive transfer fees for firearms purchased from the online site, that is currently the only one that does. Hand guns do have to be transferred in your resident state, so if you are in KY, then it is a question of local transfer fees vs the cost of the gas to get to the Lexington store.
