on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the very best, how well will you rate charter arms warranty and customer service, would like to know from someone who has used both. thanks

Albert, I had a Charter Arms with a finish problem. The white steel was showing in several places. I would give warranty and customer service 5 stars. Sent me a new revolver. They have a lifetime warranty for a reason. You will probably have to use it. Good shooters if you get a problem free revolver.

Albert, I own a Charter Arms revolver that had a cylinder timing issue. The warranty was not an issue, 4.5 and Customer Service was 4.0 simply due to a return shipping issue.
