Steven, yes Sir at you current Ga sales tax rate. If your state mandates that retailers collect internet sales tax for their state, it MUST be collected by the Retailer. The tax is then sent to your state quarterly, or annually based on $ amount and frequency. Once the purchase is made, and tax (if any) is collected by seller (per your state), The firearm is send on to your delivery point FFL. He is a delivery source only, and may charge a fee for that "service", but can not collect ANY taxes as he was not the retailer. (if you buy from an individual / private part, there is NO tax, as it was not a retail sale, and FFL again can not collect taxes . . . xfer fee yes . . . . taxes NO) :) Gun shows . . . . those that collect taxes are a licensed retailer.
