Can this ship to California with modifications if Buds replaces the magazine with a 10 round, pin the back stock so it will not move, and replace the grip with a fin grip to comply with California regulations?

I don’t live in California but Buds gun shop will not alter a gun for any reason.

Jeffrey, no Sir. The firearm must appear on the CA DOJ approved Roster to be considered for legal ownership : You can look up by manufacturer directly on the CA DOJ Roster here : oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=All

sorry buds will not modify a gun (other than removing a mag) it must comply with CA law as it comes from the factory
