Franklin Armory has this on pistols they sell. Would this be legal on my pistol build?

Michael, absolutely not without a $200 Tax Stamp as this will make your Pistol a SBR Short Barreled Rifle subject to NFA rules.

Michael, Cannot put a rifle stock on a pistol without SBRing it. Pay tax stamp, complete paper work and wait.
